Content Rules
1. General Provisions
1.1. Happia.Life allows users to publish various types of content: profile and channel descriptions, articles with images and videos, comments, and event announcements (available with a subscription).
1.2. Registered users can create channels and publish content in the form of articles on behalf of their channel, as well as comment and reply.
Creating and publishing events is only available to users with an active subscription.
1.3. Users bear full responsibility for the content they publish. The platform provides the technical means for publishing but does not edit user content without cause.
2. Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in removal or blocking:
- Content that violates the laws of the EU and Germany
- Incitement to violence, bullying, discrimination, or hatred
- Political or religious propaganda
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Promotion of drug use, self-harm, or dangerous behavior
- Personal insults and attacks
- Copyright infringement
- Deliberate misinformation or disinformation
- Spam, clickbait, intrusive advertising
- Any content that undermines a safe, respectful, and professional atmosphere
3. Restricted and Hidden Content
Content may be hidden or removed if it:
- receives an excessive number of negative ratings
- contains excessive self-promotion
- is clickbait, low-quality, or deliberately provocative
- does not align with the spirit or theme of the platform
Moderators may take action without prior notice.
4. Closed Content
4.1. Users may create closed channels and private events. The platform does not moderate such content unless it violates the law or platform rules.
4.2. In case of complaints, moderators have the right to review any content, including closed publications.
5. Complaints and Moderation
5.1. All publications and channels have a "Report" button.
Complaints are sent directly to the platform moderator.
5.2. For first-time or minor violations the user receives a warning, and the content is removed.
5.3. For repeated or serious violations the content is removed, and the user or their channel may be blocked without prior notice.
5.4. In case of ongoing violations, the platform may:
- blacklist the user (their activity will no longer be visible)
- block the user’s channel (its content will no longer be accessible)
- prevent the channel from sending invitations to subscribers or events
6. Copyright and Platform Rights
6.1. Users guarantee that they own the rights to any content they publish.
We will remove content upon verified requests from rights holders.
6.2. Happia.Life is not responsible for user opinions or content.
We are a technical platform that provides a space for publishing content, regulated by these rules.
6.3. By publishing content on Happia.Life, the user grants the platform non-exclusive rights to use the content for its own purposes — including in social media, advertisements, promotional materials, and presentations — provided the user holds the rights to that content.
