Turn your weakness into strength!

Each of us encounters moments when we feel weak, vulnerable or insecure. I know very well how difficult these moments can be, and many of us try to avoid or suppress our weaknesses.

However, it is important to realise that it is in these weaknesses that our strength is hidden, if we learn to work with them rather than hide them, it will provide an incredible resource for life. We are often afraid of appearing weak, thinking that it makes us inferior. But in fact, recognising our weaknesses opens us up to new opportunities for growth.

It's all about our negative perception and focusing on that. As children, we are not taught to understand and show our feelings, to talk about fears, doubts and other things that are important for developing self-awareness. Beliefs then shape attitudes through the lens of the distorted notions the world carries about strength and weakness, and here we are trapped in deception. Weaknesses can be the result of past traumas, personal experiences, or simply human characteristics. When we look at them from a perspective of acceptance and respect for ourselves, they stop being a source of shame and begin to become part of our unique journey. More importantly, it's a way to be honest with ourselves and those around us.

Show yourself patience and understanding on the journey of self-reflection and acceptance of your own vulnerability and you will find the best version of yourself.
