Stages of the Gestalt journey

ABOUT GESTALT.

Anything can happen in 16 years.

You can get married, build a house and have a daughter. Or go outside the box, give birth to a book and build a career.

The options are many.

16 years ago I entered the murky waters of Gestalt therapy to swim towards an incomprehensible happiness. I didn't know for sure what kind or if it existed at all.

I left my old family and rebuilt it. I moved to another country. Certified as a Gestalt therapist. Started writing.

I live in a timelessness between three countries and three families, at the intersection of three professions. Is it easy? In different ways.

Sometimes I lie face down in the wall and I don't even have the energy to hate the world. Although it certainly deserves it. And sometimes I fly for 24 hours to the other side of Germany to eat a traditional local bun with prawns overlooking the cold sea.

But I know how to maintain this delicate triple balance and draw small joys and inspiration from the world around me. And I invite you to fly with me, "there are lots of delicious things out there" (S)

I want to take 3 people in therapy from those who want the unknown. Who have not yet fully understood the way it should be, but vaguely guesses that it is not the way it is now.

I will help:

- bring chaos into life if it is overly ordered, laundered, counted and overflowing in such a way that you want to tear this jalabooda apart and in half,

- to structure the chaos, if there is too much of it, if you want to crawl under a blanket and let it all sort itself out,

- to decide to make changes and make them happen,

- to adapt to the new conditions of another country, if you've already decided and now you're thinking what the hell.

Some dry numbers so you understand who you will have to deal with in case you do.

20 years I've been structuring chaos in IT as an analyst.

11 years I'm a certified Gestalt therapist with specialisms in:

  • crises and trauma
  • clinical psychology
  • sexology
  • work with adolescents

I have been an IT emigrant in Germany for 11 years.

5 years I am a writer and blogger.

The format is offline (Munich) and online.
